From the beginning, Custom Interiors has been more than a work place. Our mission statement says a lot about the company and its employees:

“To satisfy our customers. To be a growing profitable and professional business that one would be proud to be a part of. To generate an atmosphere in our company where customers feel welcome and appreciated. To reflect honesty, integrity, loyalty, and reliability to our customers and our employees. To continuously strive for and demand quality workmanship, excellent service and to be perceived by our customers and employees as being the best in everything we do.”

If you notice, not once in the statement is there an I or me. It will remain that way- it’s our business. What makes us so different is that we simply care. Care about our customers, our employees, service technicians, and our community, and since 1991 we have been doing just that. We have grown from a 700 sg ft building into a 12,000 sq ft building and are very proud to have shown continual growth in these trying times. We are a Norwalk Furniture Showroom Gallery and have expanded our line of retail flooring that includes hardwoods, ceramic tile, carpeting, vinyl, cork, and laminates, all types of flooring for any occasion. Being a member of Flooring American since 1998 this has given us a definite advantage over competition. Our expansion in the area rug gallery is now complete and much more consumer friendly. We offer custom design work with accessories, draperies, bedding, area rugs, wallpaper, Hunter Douglas window fashions, and those one of a kind antiques from England, Germany and Romania. Our combination of styles mixing old with new, primitive with traditional, adding in some “funk”, a crystal lamp, or maybe a concrete piece, really sets us apart. Our designers know how to buy and have the talent to put it all together in your home, office or whatever your need or desire.

With the addition of our web site, and the expansion of our customer base, we are very much looking forward to this being our next phase of growth in 2007. Our goals are the same as a customer walking in our doors, to treat all with respect, service you well, with hopes of you returning time and time again.
